Privacy Policy

In providing various contents on the website (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”) of the Museum Tower Kyobashi (hereinafter referred to as the “MTK”), Nagasaka Corporation (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) hereby sets forth this Privacy Policy for the purpose of appropriate handling and protection of the information about the users of the Site, including personal information.

Article 1. Collection of Personal Information

When collecting personal information, the Company shall clearly specify the purpose of use and collect data by lawful and fair means.

The Company shall use personal information only for the purpose specified at the time of collection, and to the extent necessary for performing its business operations.

Article 3. Sharing with Third Parties

The Company will not disclose or provide collected personal information to third parties without the prior explicit consent of the identifiable person (a specific individual identifiable by personal information, hereinafter the same), except where any of the following applies:

  1. When the Company entrusts all or part of the handling of personal information to outside parties within the scope necessary to achieve the purpose of use;

  3. When disclosure is necessary for preventing a threat to the life, wellbeing, or property of an individual, and it is difficult to obtain the consent of the identifiable person;

2.The Company may provide personal information to a third party to whom the Company entrusts the management and operation of MTK (hereinafter referred to as the “Entrusted Party”) to the extent necessary to perform such entrusted services. In such cases, the personal information provided to the Entrusted Party will be managed by the Entrusted Party. The Company shall enter into an agreement with the Entrusted Party in advance to ensure the confidentiality of the personal information, and shall exercise the necessary and adequate supervision over the Entrusted Party to ensure the appropriate management of the personal information.

Article 4. Protection and Management

The Company shall take the necessary and appropriate measures for managing the security of personal data including prevention and correction of the leaking, loss, or damage of the personal information, and shall exercise the necessary and adequate supervision over the employees and the Entrusted Party that handle personal information.

Article 5. Disclosure, Correction, Deletion, and Suspension of Use

A User, as an identifiable person, may request disclosure, correction, deletion, or suspension of the use of Personal Information by contacting the Company as set forth in “Article 7. Contact Information.” The Company will respond to the request to the extent deemed reasonable and necessary after confirming that the request is made by the identifiable person. However, this does not apply to cases in which the Company is not obligated to disclose, correct, delete, or suspend use of the information under the Personal Information Protection Law or other laws and regulations.

Article 6. Amendment of the Privacy Policy

The Company may amend and improve the Privacy Policy from time to time. However, in cases where the Personal Information Protection Law or other laws and regulations stipulate procedures necessary for amendment, amendment will be made in accordance with such laws and regulations.
